Returns & Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and we ask that you contact us in the first instance.

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we have received your item, we will process a refund to the original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a 5 working days.

If you receive a refund the cost of original shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the original purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the postage for returned items.
